To do this, you require mod called: The spaceeinstein's All in one mod v3.
Go to this location and press TAB+Space and pick all these items and enter every vehicle.
Get in a police car or whatever and when you get in the vehicle press tab and space

Nope, its on unless you turn it off your self.
do u only need to turn the mod on once or every time u exit the game u have to do it again
