go to this website---->GameCopyWorld,com
download this--->gta_sa.exe v1.0 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE
replace your gta_sa.exe(but first do a backup of original one) with the one downloaded above.
now the save game (GTASAsf1.b)(as shown in this video should work)

You must download different version of the game (gta_sa.exe).If you are playing this game from DVD then it must be version 2.0 if its so then you have to download version 1.0 of (gta_sa.exe v1.0 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE) from this website -> GameCopyWorld,C0M
you play game like a cheater and you play save game big smoke and sweet and kendl
