Probably not. All the best cheats are only available for computer version of the game. Sadly, my laptop has no disc player as it's a netbook so I've only got the PS2 version.

helenas one is very tough to execute it requires some sort of tactic like recruiting her then going inside the gun shop and out again but she will either follow(rarely happens) or excessively fire the targts most of the time:/some kind of bug

I FOUND HELENA IN A INFERNUS ON LEVEL 2!
I just got her in Level 1 while doing Vigilante in San Fierro. (She was driving an FCR-900). I've also seen Katie, Barbara (a cop!), Michelle, gang members (I got a GSF once) and the Cluckin' Bell worker in Vigilante.
if i end the mission of burning desire and im going to do the vigilante mission and she is the supect and i kill her before of get 100% with her i still get the 100%?

actually it does. If you let her shoot them long enough, she wants you to drive her home and the date ends succesfully. So no need to take her to bar, diner or club.
How did you manage to catch her random appearance on camera? Or, how did you call her up on purpose?
I was pretty freaked out when I saw multiple Denises during the mission when I had to kick out the Orange gang out of Madd Dogg's mansion in the Rich district. But this one even spoke with Denise's voice.
Shooting an enemy gang members affects date greatly, by filling up the satisfaction meter, and can replace any other activity, including and especially Dancing, which makes me love this home girl. Except she never does drive-by, only stand still-think-fire-as-enemy-moves-by.

he's talking about the random spawn hustler... usually new cars spawn near suspects in vigilante afret leaving and commigback
I never got gf's to appear except for this one time where Denise was in a sedan. She was driving it and only one in the car so I shot at it with my tank, then drove by and i was like OH SHIT I KILLED DENISE
