Hopefully, Microsoft has updated its emulation, but I personally am not
certain if they did or did not. And, yes, the Xbox version does not allow
you to explore the castle exterior. Rather unfortunate. But the Xbox
version does indeed look much better than the good-looking PS2 version.
I've also heard that the ps2 game is twice the size of the Xbox/GC versions
in terms of exploration, side activities etc. Do you agree?
OK cool. What about the philosopher's stone and the rest? I think the first
three titles were amazing games for movie licence, gods knows how and why
they went so downhill after that. IMO though, the GBC version for the first
two games are hidden gems and perfect little RPGs for kids, similar style
to final fantasy games. I'd definitely recommend checking them out, unless
you already have...
the fuck? I had the ps2, pc, gbc and gba version. Why the fuck was the xbox
version different? That makes absolutely no sense to me!
another question: you have the xbox 360 normal or if you run the game and
never put you slow in some parts is that soon I buy the xbox 360 slim and
download the game PS: I speak Spanish and this is a translation
ok I will notice if the xbox 360 is not slow because there are videos of
2011 saying that the Xbox 360 is slow but as we are on the 2013 microsoft
updated insurance and now games will look fast insurance pd: is true that
they take away the freedom to explore the land not because they do that but
the rest looks better than the PS2 version
While the PS2, Xbox and GC versions are all the same basic game (exact same
story, cutscenes, items/spells and levels), they were made by two separate
development teams. The PS2 version was created in-house at Electronic Arts
Europe, whereas the Xbox and GC versions were developed by Eurocom. Nearly
all of the CoS games were different (usually dramatically so apart from
shared spells, music, and sound effects). The GC and Xbox versions were the
only two versions that were virtually identical.

I don't have an Xbox 360 at all. I'm playing this on the original Xbox.
Nah, this is the real deal, recorded directly from the Xbox game itself. I
used a DVD recorder to capture the footage.
The Philosopher's Stone and CoS had by far the best games for the license,
and PoA had decent PC and console versions, but GoF was lame and HBP was
kind of meh, or at least the PS3 demo was; I kind of gave up with the games
after that, but I'll eventually end up buying them all just to make sure.
And yes, the PS2 game is much larger than the Xbox/GC versions in
exploration and side quests and hidden wizard cards and such.
but instead on the ps2 version has a bit of realism: eg Quidditch stadium
looks very bright here instead on ps2 looks more realistic parts where no
sun hits the dark inventory looks better here instead on ps2 looks a little
bad camera positions when habres one ottoman or something is different on
each console icons of the spells are better than ps2 loads on the xbox are
short on ps2 are long
