Fuck PC, graphics killed video games anyway
+ThatYellowPokemon Everyone seems to think that comparisons are unfair
because of the price range. If you don't have the financial capabilities to
purchase a legitimate gaming rig, want a simplistic interface, and are
willing to settle for a console that can deliver the expectations of a
casual gamer, then yes, the xbox does make much more sense. But for me, I
am a heavy gamer, and I am willing to empty my pockets a bit more in
exchange for a much larger plethora of games, much higher graphical
capabilities, and freedom to upgrade/modify whenever I please.
Also, keep this in mind: the new consoles say that they are carrying fast,
octo-core processors, but this is not entirely true. The ps4 and xbox one
will have processor speeds of 1.6 ghz, and 1.75ghz respectively. Also, two
cores will be reserved for the OS, so only six will actually be usable by
the games. When compared to my truly 8-core processor clocked at 5.0ghz,
there really is no comparison.
What's really interesting is that a decent PC (not a high-end gaming rig)
already has better graphics capacity than either the X-Box 720 or
PlayStation 4.

True, but that setup can only run the newest PC games like Crysis 3 and
Arkham Origins in medium graphic settings if you want good FPS. PS4 can
probably have the same games in higher graphic settings. Don't get me
wrong, of course the consoles will not beat a high end pc setup...but the
games might look better than a $654 setup. BTW I have a i7 third gen PC
with 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM and dual GTX 780 Ti, now this setup
will totally destroys next gen consoles..

Same problem Halo 4 has: draw distance and texture pop-in
Youtube videos cant really show comparisons that well because of game
recorders and video compression. I can play crysis 3 at max settings on my
pc and it looks much better than in the video. But most people don't know
this and rant on and on about it.
+FearlessSher "smooth" motion? lol. it will produce motion, but barely.
kinda like how 144p barely produces an image. 60 fps still destroys 15 fps,
just like 1080p destroys 144p

This is really more of a video to make X-box users feel like their plastic
boxes have value, than it is to do a comparison.
A few Points I want to make:
--It's impossible to make a valid VISUAL comparison, considering that the
video was probably compressed multiple times between the time of filming
and uploading. Not to mention that it is massively compressed by Youtube,
whether you like it or not.
--If you are playing on a PC at 720p, you might as well use an Xbox. Nobody
plays at 720p anymore.
--You said that the xbox plays 720p@<30fps, I don't know about other PC
users, but I play 1080p@30-100FPS on high. (Depending on the map/area of
course) But average around 55-60.
--I guess it's personal preference, but I would not consider thirty FPS to
be "playable". Again, just personal opinion.
--From personal experience, I can say that the PC version looks WAY better
than the xbox version. The combination of low framerate, forced controller
use, and UNBEARABLE aliasing is what puts the Xbox on the shelf for me.
No. All the Xbox 360 emulators I've tried have installed some kind of virus
or malware. Why should I trust you?
want to play xbox games on PC in HD ? then come to my youtube channel to

And higher graphics settings to boot.
BTW it would kill bf4 on Xbox one in 1080p and you can lower the resolution
to 720p ( which it is on xbox one) if you really wanna bump up your fps.

more and you will get a lot more power out of it then any of the next gen.
And look up Austin Evens on YT he has builds under $400!!! All you see is
gtx titan and i7 4770k which are over kill for gaming.
my pc video card cost 238€ radeon 7950, and can run crysis 3 at maximum
with average 35fps. this video lose some quality from compression, to be
here at youtube. the real pc game is better than this video.

This PC vs Console debate is Ridiculous and pointless . Console users only
need to know is not the consoles which render and create console games , is
something much more powerful ( the PC) . MOVIES with special effects are
equivalent to games as PC images have to be rendered as in games. .
Consoles dont have power to render scooby doo phones now have 4x more ram
than any ps3 or Xbox

hey shut the fuck up, there's no "fps" in real life, is there? there's no
limit what "fps" the human brain can "percieve" just because you added an
article from wikipedia doesn't mean you're a jenius or some shit lke that,
and i've worked hard to get the body i have right now, you're probably just
a fatass sitting on your couch playing games all day on your shitty ass

Well then so are your eyes, because anything from 11 to 16 fps will appear
as smooth motion to them, scrap that, all of our eyes are garbage then. Its
just a fact this happens, not trolling or some jumped up kid, I wrote a
freaking essay on this for my gaming dev class ffs.
I have played crysis 3 on pc and xbox. And i can say xbox version looks
shitty compared to pc version. But its looks very good on xbox too.
