I know what's going on, even though I'm about a month late. I'm from the same country as that idiot ._.

This isn't cheating, it's exploiting things that aren't locked. Cheating is where you activate things that are locked in the game coding by using hacks, code breakers, button combinations or, for PC gamers, key combinations to unlock them.
That being said, this is not something I would do. It's way too much work for something that is pretty much pointless. The only point of Barbara is to keep weapons and money on arrest.
Just don't get busted, a lot easier and way less work.
