I used a cheat for no lung capacity and it still says that I have to have 'more practice underwater'.. wtf
You only need 20% lung capacity to do the mission and i hardly swim much in the mission. I snipe the guards and the search lights from those rocks then use one of their boats to cruise over there its more fun than swimming and being shot at

Technically it is classified as a mod, despite it not actually permanently modifying the game or it's files. You run it before running GTA San Andreas, and leave it running while the game is running.
And yes, it is using Camera Hack.
